About the Role
Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across our office teams – IT, Product, Marketing, and Finance – based at Bravissimo HQ in Leamington Spa and our Wacoal office in Desborough. You’ll provide strategic HR thinking and support, creating people plans for these areas of the business to ensure that all people activity is aligned with our strategic objectives and purpose.
These plans could include organisation design, workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, learning and development, and succession planning. To make this happen, you’ll immerse yourself in our purpose and work closely with leaders to ensure people activities deliver real commercial impact.
You’ll also collaborate with specialists in the People and Culture Team on things like Talent, Comms, ER and Learning and Development. Our People and Culture Team is relatively small, so you should enjoy a broad role and be happy to bring fresh and new ideas and get stuck in with the team and wider business. As with all roles in Bravissimo, you should be comfortable working outside your area where necessary to support the wider team and business.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives on building strong relationships and partnering with a broad range of stakeholders. You’ll need solid Employee Relations knowledge, a growth mindset, and a practical approach – finding the best fit for Bravissimo rather than sticking rigidly to the textbook.
You don’t need retail experience, but you should enjoy working at pace in a non-hierarchical, purpose-led environment. You’ll be confident partnering with senior leaders, uplifting our people, and helping us create a culture where everyone can thrive.
Our purpose drives us and our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so an affinity with our brand and values is incredibly important. We all spend regular time with our customers to understand what matters to them, whether that’s working in stores, taking calls in customer services or stocktaking in our warehouse. We are all in it together!
Interested?
If this role sounds like a perfect fit for you, we’d absolutely love to hear from you! Just click the ‘Apply Here’ button below and you’ll be taken to a new page where you can send us your application.
Please include your CV and a cover letter telling us why you’d love to join Bravissimo and what you’d bring to the role. We really do read every single one - honestly! and we can’t move forward without it, so take this as your moment to tell us your story (as we love getting to know you) and your why!
If this opportunity makes you feel excited (we hope it does!), don’t wait too long to apply as we may close the advert early if we receive lots of applications.
