About the Role
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support within the Buying Team. This is a highly organised, detail-focused role with a strong emphasis on administrative coordination, and cross-team communication.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills; be able to prioritise and show initiative. You will provide effective administrative support to all areas Buying Team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
As part of the role, you will receive bra fit training and support the team during weekly bra fittings, assisting with note-taking and photos to help document fit outcomes.
Role Responsibilities:
Managing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence for the Buying team
Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and maintaining team calendars
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
Maintaining accurate product and style information across internal system
Uploading and organising product imagery and documentation
Maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems
Processing invoices and supporting with data entry and system updates
Managing samples, tracking deliveries, and coordinating product information
Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal departments
Supporting internal teams with general administrative duties
Ensuring all records, documentation, and product details are accurate and up to date
About you
We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to work for Bravissimo and is passionate about delivering the best possible product and service to our customers.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
This is a fast paced and varied role that will give you exposure to a wide range of tasks, including those of both a creative and analytical nature. You should therefore have a unique blend of both these skills and be able to pick new things up quickly.
A 'can' do attitude with the ability to use your initiative is a must.
You will have a professional approach, with an ability to manage and prioritise your own workload to key deadlines, have strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will have outstanding communication skills and enjoy working with various teams across the business and external suppliers
Previous administrative experience needed for this role.
