Location: Leamington Spa – Hybrid (with Tuesday and Thursday being in the office)

Contract Type: 37.5 hours per week

Purpose of the position:
This marketing executive role supports the delivery of customer engagement, loyalty and sales activity across direct mail and CRM campaigns. The role offers hands-on experience in planning and delivering marketing communications that make a real impact.
The role will provide experience in creating communications that are engaging, on brand and customer focused, while also developing skills in campaign production, analysis and reporting.
Key duties:
· Support the planning and delivery of direct mail campaigns, particularly magazines, for UK and US customers to help drive engagement, customer loyalty and sales.
- Help plan and deliver direct mail communications accurately and on time, with support from the wider team.
- Help to manage the planning and production of the magazine using Monday.com.
- Assist with budget tracking and delivering campaigns within budget
- Ensure all communications and marketing materials reflect Bravissimo’s brand values, tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders to support integrated multi-channel campaigns and build strong working relationships
· Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to support BAU campaigns for the US market, including planning and building emails, flow maintenance and reporting
· Provide administrative support across the magazine and CRM programmes, including raising purchase orders, resolving data queries and managing shared inboxes.
About you:
Previous Experience and skills
· A recent graduate, ideally with a relevant degree or 1-2 years experience in a marketing role
· Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to completing tasks accurately
· Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Confidence to work with different teams and a willingness to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· An interest in customer behaviour, trading performance and marketing results
· A logical thinker with a willingness to learn, ask questions and improve processes

· Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced marketing environment
· Proactive, organised and willing to take ownership of tasks
